Recruitment Manager required by a financial technology organisation based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with recruitment programmes such as candidate sourcing, pre-
screening and interviewing. This role is a key part of the recruitment process working on the vacancies within the UK.
Key Responsibilities :
Supports arrangements for selection processes, organises and conducts pre-screening candidate interviews and reference checks.
Liaise with the HR team for on boarding process ensuring a smooth delivery from first stage interviews to offer stage.
Maintains a pipeline of participants for future new employee orientation programme, based on new hires each quarter.
Work closely with hiring managers to fully understand requirements.
Key personal requirements :
Experience working and recruiting in the Fintech / Financial Services / Insurance / Professional Services sector
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Previous experience working in an internal recruitment role
Has experience delivering recruitment campaigns from start to completion
