The primary responsibility for this position is as an Agency Lending Trader, covering a number of equity markets within the EMEA region.

Whilst an in-depth knowledge of the EMEA equity lending markets isn’t necessarily a pre-requisite, the incumbent should possess a good understanding on the agency lending model, a mix of both technical and business skills, as well as be able to navigate the firm (EC / COO / Risk / IT etc).

The candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment and possess excellent communication skills. They must also have a strong client centric mind-

set and the ability to develop and foster strong internal working relationships globally.

  • Contribute towards the revenue targets for SF EMEA in line with corporate goals
  • Comply with internal and external regulations and apply a full understanding of the escalation process through day to day activity
  • Provide contribution to business line development and strategy through identification of key issues and trends
  • Work with key internal stakeholders (COO / Risk / RM) to drive client revenues
  • Work with Sales and Client Service to help drive execution on revenue for our clients by introducing new trade opportunities
