Making sure our customers have the best experience in our shops (yes, that’s all 2,400) is a real team effort and as a member of the shop management team, you’ll be a key part in this.
Our customers expect great service, a warm welcome and maybe even the odd tea or coffee when they come into a William Hill shop and it’ll be you and your team of Customer Experience Assistants delivering this brilliant service.
You’ll be talking to our customers about all things betting don’t worry if you’ve never placed a bet before, by the end of our best-
in-class induction training programme, it’ll be second nature to you.
Happy working in a team or on your own you’ll show pride in your work, making sure the shop always looks the part, opening and closing the shop and always looking for something new to challenge you.
There’ll be plenty of variety so you’ll never feel bored especially as you’ll be mentoring and developing your team of Customer Experience Assistants making sure your shop hits its targets and your team fulfils their potential.
