As Senior Product Owner, your challenge will be to uncover opportunities to help our customers across the UK and international markets.
You’ll deep dive into the end-to-end app experience to improve the user journey, solving existing pain points as well as addressing yet unchartered, unmet needs using data science, qual / quant data or by building a mature conversion and engagement optimisation strategy .
App is very much the super-highway for our future growth, and we want you to blend the product passion you bring with exceptional creativity and innovation to accelerate and enrich our proposition.
We ship new products at speed and employ a build / test / learn’ mentality around our product development. To this end, you’ll play a core part in re-imagining what the post-pandemic travel experience looks like on App whilst playing a core role in crafting the wider product strategy that is accelerating the positive environmental impact that changing the way our customers travel can bring.

Experience A strong focus on rapid testing and validation is critical as you explore new opportunities, and you’ll understand the importance of making robust data-driven decisions .
Similarly, you’ll bring a good balance of quantitative and qualitative skills and a track record of working with rapid, iterative customer led’ design and development processes.
In this role, we want you to celebrate validation not shipping features .Product is no exact science and a mindset geared around optimisation and iteration is you’re your strong leadership credentials will demonstrate that you understand that Product teams fail as many times as they succeed albeit you’re capable of getting to the root of these challenges.
Further, bringing demonstrably strong experience at working at pace be it from a start-up, scale-up or corporate environment , you’ll have previously worked across the end-to-end product life cycle, and have a solid growth story to tell.
