    Requirements :

    We are recruiting for a Solution Sales Manager who will be a technical sales person, with a background of winning large deals in the infrastructure / cloud / datacentre technologies / web-hosting space.

    You will be responsible for defining your own prospecting strategy to attract and win large net new logos.

    Being part of THG Hosting during this expansion period will provide an environment with unrivalled opportunities, the candidate will need to be able to solve problems and work creatively.

    A self-starter with drive and determination to succeed, who can operate well in a grass-roots and dynamic environment is ideal for this role.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Understand buying drivers for target markets and constantly research new industries to approach
  • Lead from the front and show your team how they can maximise sales efforts
  • Provide clear visibility to management regarding metrics around opportunity distribution, close rate and ROI
  • Be a valued contributor to the direction THG Hosting pursues as a business
  • Input and suggest enhancements to marketing collateral and brand awareness with marketing
  • Input and suggest enhancements to our CRM and the overall regional sales process
  • Requirements

  • Proven track record of winning large deals over the last +3 years
  • Experience of coming up with a prospecting and new business strategy amongst a highly defined target audience
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and think "outside the box" to creatively solve problems
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and strong presentation skills
