We are seeking to appoint a full time Patient Pathway Administrator to join our friendly team within Trauma and Orthopaedics service at the Nuffield Orthopaedic centre.

This post is crucial to the on-going development of the Sarcoma Service, and would suit a candidate who has excellent organisational and communication skills.

You will be expected to liaise with staff and colleagues at all levels. You will have proven secretarial skills with the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload to tight deadlines.

You will need to demonstrate initiative and flexibility in your approach and be able to work in a pressurised and busy environment.

The successful candidate will also manage each patient’s pathway in a timely and efficient manner.

The post will be for a fixed term of 1 year to cover maternity leave.

Knowledge of the Trust's Electronic Patient Record System (EPR) and knowledge of elective access standards would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.

This position requires the demonstration of strong organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as being a team member.

If you are self-motivated, enthusiastic and keen to join our team then we would encourage you to apply.
