Entia is seeking a Product Manager with a passion to improve people's quality of life with long term health conditions and a desire to work with cutting edge technology that is brought into the world in a human-centred way.
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to refine and expand a family of products. Our Product Managers work cross-
functionally to help achieve Entia's vision. As Product Manager, you are responsible for our product from strategy to execution.
You make great products alongside our designers, engineers, R&D team, sales team, marketing team and C-level management.
You are responsible for more than just the product, you are constantly on the lookout to improve processes that have a positive impact on the product roadmap.
What you'll do :
As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of the product vision.
You will be the single source of truth for the product and make key decisions for the product development.
Understand user needs, business requirements and technical limits to define product specifications
Plan, attend and document user focus groups or interviews. This may involve occasional international and national travel.
Analyse findings from focus groups to inform product development and disseminate knowledge to the team.
Plan and update the product roadmap and backlog.
Reflect on, and continuously improve operational processes.

You must have :
5 or more years experience in product management, taking products from concept to launch.
A deep understanding of creative processes, UX and product design.
An understanding of software development processes.
An understanding of manufacturing processes (injection moulding and PCBA).
Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage trade-offs, and work cross-functionally.
Ideally you will have :
A design, engineering or computer science degree.
ISO 13485 experience.
Confidence in collaborating with clinical, academic and commercial diagnostics / pharmaceutical organisations and have managed relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of the healthcare landscape in the UK and worldwide.
