Excellent opportunity new start-up in the Gloucester area
I am working on behalf of a reputable home care service provider that requires an experienced branch manager to oversee and establish their new branch in Gloucester.
The Company :
They are one of the leading providers of private homecare services in the midlands area.
They are care led, meaning all of their services are provided with sensitivity and are individualised to the needs of the people within the local community.
A sustainable financially stable company with a good reputation and good CQC scores across the board.
The role :
This role is based in their new Gloucester branch, so they are looking for an experienced manager who likes a challenge to come in and kickstart the business and ultimately establish it in the local area.
They want to provide a high-quality level of care and really make a name for themselves in the community.
The Person :
You will be a personable, positive and essentially strong registered branch manager and ideally have a proven successful track record within domiciliary care of the elderly sector, as you will be required to hit the ground running.
You will have a good understanding of CQC key lines of enquiry and have the ability to positively maintain Good CQC scores across the board.
You will have excellent business sense, with a good understanding of policies & procedures and the ability to take the company and develop it to high standards.
You will be a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team in a competitive area.
NVQ level 5 is desirable or working towards this.

The Salary :
Up to £33,000 dependent on experience.
