Reporting to our VP Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring quality processes are in place across departments at Echobox, with a particular focus on our commercial operations.

This includes helping to monitor existing processes, suggesting changes and implementing improvements where beneficial.

Key Responsibilities :

Help manage quality assurance plans and provide reports on progress

Support the implementation of audit plans to improve programmes

Assist in analysing, developing and reviewing business processes, and implementing change where necessary

Review our CRM systems and help ensure data is collected accurately and consistently

Requirements :

Academic Qualifications

Degree from a reputable university

Fluent written and spoken English

Required Skills and Experience

Strong organisational and communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Preferred Skills

An ability and desire to learn new skills quickly

Passion for technology and startups

Interest in the publishing industry

Familiarity with Salesforce

Additional language skills
