Research / Development Location : Colworth Science Park Salary : £20,300 to £25,400 per annum, plus bonus and benefits

Unilever Safety & Environmental Assurance Centre (SEAC) is a Unilever Capability housed in R&D. SEAC scientists provide authoritative leadership in safety (Consumer, Occupational & Environmental) and environmental sustainability (COES) for risk / impact-

based decision making to help drive Unilever’s sustainable growth ambitions.

SEAC’s Programme and Operations Group supports the day to day running of SEAC including, diary management of members of SEAC Leadership Team, organisation of meetings, workshop & travel for SEAC, management of the outsourcing of work to all 3rd party suppliers as well as running the key operations underpinning the experimental work run internally including the Quality System.

The team also provides support to the Category project teams in SEAC and the management of the SEAC budget.

JOB SUMMARY : Day Job

Day Job

Responsible for providing support to designated members of SEAC LT (including scheduling meetings, organising travels, managing diaries)

As part of the team, responsible for providing support to the rest of SEAC team (travels, setting up meetings)

Organising the logistic for external workshops / meeting as and when required

Working with main contact for facilities in the team to provides support for dealing with SEAC facilities issues (e.g. raising tickets)

Works with main contact for Joiner / Moves / Leavers (JML) process to provide support for managing new starter / leavers process.

Proactively keeps up to date knowledge of relevant Unilever / SEAC ways of working and priorities

Ensures all work is robust, transparent and traceable by following appropriate WoW, guidance and quality standards and capturing all data / information / decisions in appropriate SEAC systems and tools.
