The teams in our stores are the key drivers to our success and as the Manager you are responsible for orchestrating all aspects of the responsibilities needed to ensure the store continues to achieve over and above the ordinary.

You will be an inspirational leader, displaying excellent management skills along with identifying and nurturing talent to encourage career development and employee satisfaction.

Excellent communication skills will allow you to embed and drive the Kurt Geiger DNA in the team, along with ensuring all back of house and operational procedures are adhered to.

OVERVIEW :

  • To lead and motivate a team to support a seamless online experience for our customers. Your team will be responsible for picking customer product within the SLA;
  • ensuring the goods are in perfect condition and processed correctly.

    Reports to : General Manager Operations

    Direct Reports : Harrods Direct Supervisor and Assistants.

    Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the KG BOH systems
  • Highly organised and forward thinking in the way you work
  • Ability to build strong relationships across multiple support functions
  • Strong people management experience
  • Diligent and conscientious way of working
  • Continues to stay close to the Harrods and Kurt Geiger processing so can flag and escalate any issues through the correct channels should they arise.
  • Works closely with the Harrods online team to ensure peak trade is correctly planned for and staffing is always reflective of trading periods.
  • Communicated effectively with Store Management team to ensure business’ are aligned in their way of thinking.
  • CVS support. Process all orders correctly (ensuring REX is updated efficiently and orders are packed and ready for collection in a timely manner).
