Salary Range : £41,526 - £54,132 (G8 / Ac3) per annum inclusive of London Allowance
Successful candidates who have not yet completed their PhD will be appointed on Grade 7 (£34,957 - £41,136 per annum inclusive of LA), and re-graded to Grade 8 on successful completion of their PhD.

The Department of Politics and International Studies at SOAS invites applications for a Lectureship in International Relations (Fixed Term, two years) starting in Spring 2020.
The Department is known for its deep engagement with the politics of Africa, Asia and the Middle East and provides an ideal environment to explore world politics from a variety of perspectives.
We are looking for a scholar with a promising research agenda and publication record, as well as demonstrated excellence in teaching.
The appointee will contribute to the delivery of our undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes in International Relations.
We are open as to thematic specialism, but particularly welcome applications from candidates with the ability to teach courses on International Institutions, Theories of World Politics, Foreign Policy Analysis, or International Migration.
Expert knowledge of one of the SOAS regions is desirable, but not required.
