Board International, global provider of the #1 Decision Making Platform, is currently looking for a resourceful Pricing Manager to join our Product Management Department in London.
As a member of our Product Management Team, you will drive product innovation, revenue & margin growth of our B2B SaaS offerings, as you guide our various teams to delight our customers, partners, and internal teams.
As Pricing Manager at Board, you’ll build the pricing model for our product and propositions, working with various teams to develop, validate, and deploy our pricing & packaging strategies.
We’re looking for expertise in driving data to identify causality- and strong business acumen with understanding of SaaS will all be essential.
The role will be an experienced hire into the team and you’ll support us in evolving from being project driven to developing a regular cadence of reporting and performance review / Governance.
In This Role You Will :
Conduct periodic market and pricing analysis, employing appropriate quantitative and qualitative methods. Facilitate special in-depth projects, with external consultants when needed
Immerse yourself in our billing and usage data, working with our cross-functional teams to build pricing models which will drive successful business outcomes
Support the development of our pricing strategies in alignment with our revenue and adoption goals
Work in collaboration with the senior leadership team and business stakeholders to socialize the strategy and ensure cross organizational buy-in
Carry out segmentation of our offerings to further analyze and inform pricing strategies
Develop our pricing tool(s) & practice to execute and effectively monitor our pricing strategies and pricing performance
Take ownership and maintain our pricing playbook and price list, adjusting for external market pricing dynamics and internal tactical and strategical growth ambitions
Build our pricing performance Governance process (e.g. Price Committee), conduct quarterly executive-level reviews on pricing performance and provide go-forward recommendations
Bachelor degree from an accredited university or college, preferably with a marketing, general business or technical emphasis;
Master in Economics or related degree subjects covering Marketing and Pricing, Statistics or similar a strong plus.
3+ years of experience developing pricing strategy and implementing pricing & packaging programs in, ideally, for a SaaS provider.
Solid experience in data modelling and analysis, statistics, and causal inference.
Applied experience in facilitating Willing to Pay (WTP) analysis and Sensitivity Analysis (including Van Westendorp & similar models).
High tolerance of ambiguity, a curiosity to pursue the unknown, and a willingness to take informed risks.
Exceptional interpersonal & communications skills, with a track record of fostering relationships and aligning teams across multiple departments.
Direct experience with Product / User Engagement analytics and Product-Led Growth a strong plus!
