Key Responsibilities :
Working as a field-based Vehicle Technician you will carry out specialist vehicle repair work at customer premises, supporting our partner’s dealer network with providing specialist vehicle repairs.
Undertake specific vehicle work repair procedures
Engage with customers directly
Produce condition reporting as required
Liaise with the office support function and department managers to maximise own and team productivity
This role is not like working in a garage, you will be out meeting customers at their home or business location, providing first class customer service as part of a special manufacturer project.

Skills, Knowledge and qualifications
What are we looking for in you?
Relevant motor trade industry experience
Sound mechanical knowledge of all aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair
Strong communications skills and comfortable working in customer-facing role
Capable of working alone with limited supervision
Minimum of a City & Guilds Qualifications (or equivalent) in Mechanical engineering / Light Vehicle Maintenance
Membership of IMI or equivalent body would be an advantage but not essential
Full Driving Licence
