About the role
You will be responsible for dealing with all types of enquiries and as the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide advice and support both face to face and over the telephone
You will support the Home Manager and Administrator in admin duties, such as maintaining accurate filing, reference checking, etc.
With responsibility for ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed in a timely manner, you will be expected to use your initiative and will be happy working independently.
Who we’re looking for
You will have worked as a receptionist before, so understand how important first impressions are. You will have experience in giving excellent customer service and have a professional and friendly manner over the telephone and face to face.
