Fantastic opportunity for a Domiciliary registered branch manager, based in Warrington. Salary for this one has been increased up to £39,000 for the right candidate, plus many other benefits.

The Company :

I am working on behalf of a large and reputable domiciliary care service provider that requires a strong and experienced Registered Branch Manager to oversee the effective growth of their established service in Warrington.

They pride themselves in being able to offer individually tailored care packages to meet the needs of their clients. They offer a professional, reliable and flexible service whilst respecting the privacy, dignity, independence and choice of their customers.

The Role / Branch

This particular service is one of, if not the biggest care provider in the region, having taken on 2 other large services recently.

They are established and are currently delivering up to 3500 hour / week, covering the whole of Warrington and St Helen’s.

They are a large, friendly and supportive team, within a welcoming environment and with approx 9 or 10 senior staff, 180 carers in the field and 360 clients.

This branch is open 7 days / week as it is so large, however there are dedicated teams to ensure the smooth running of the service during out of hours.

The Person

You will be a strong, dynamic and assertive registered manager in domiciliary care, (elderly sector) and have a proven track record for high standards.

Ideally you will have managed a service of similar size (3500hr / week) and have good knowledge of legislation, CQC compliance and policies & procedures.

You will be a strong leader and be able to manage a large team of staff effectively and thrive in fast-paced environments.

You must also be able to drive a car as there will be a requirement to travel within the north west area.

This role is full time, 9-5pm, Monday to Friday.

The Salary :

Salary is up to £39,000 DOE.
