LI-MM2Key ResponsibilitiesExperience Planning
Review in collaboration with senior regional web strategist both global and regional projects and initiatives impacting , analyse, review and approve the enhancements and optimisations proposed against a defined set of prioritisation criteria and metrics.
Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders, business analysts and data insights and reporting analysts to define business requirements and key success criteria for enhancements and optimisations of collating critical inputs from stakeholders to contribute to the assessment and prioritisation as well as later execution phase of delivery.
Utilise tools and technologies to review the current performance of including ContentSquare and Google Analytics. Support the senior regional web strategists with understanding the potential incremental value to Sage from the implementation of projects, initiatives and optimisations.
Utilise journey and page experience analysis tools to understand the behaviour and actions of a number of visitor profiles to and identify improvement opportunities to core user journeys and page templates.
Implement within the supporting CMS (Sitecore) for a series of advanced improvements and optimisations identified by organic search research and performance analysis, collaborating with content strategists and localisation services as required to deliver performance enhancements to
Application of a series of continuous improvements to as identified through user research, user insights and testing as conducted through web conversion optimisation.
Application of adapted web experiences for identified visitor profiles and individuals to deliver a personalised, relevant and valued web experience on as identified through web conversion optimisation.
Develop new page templates for both globally and regionally to enhance the visitor experience. Deliver page templates in collaboration with experience design, SEO and content strategists, in a model that enables replication and reuse at scale.
Maintain, manage and optimise the core CMS master site portfolio of global page templates utilised in core user journeys, with guidance from the web operating model and supporting roles and processes that support platform governance and standards whilst driving continuous performance improvements to
Support in the application of enhancements to the web experience for visitors to through evolution of the supporting design language system and associated pattern library within the CMS.
Scheduled reviews of CMS maintenance and management analysis reports to identify hygiene opportunities for application by Web Experience Executives.
Conduct advanced CMS optimisations including product data management presented within web experiences, metadata and on-site search presentation.
Conduct consistently post deployment / release QA for web experience quality and consistency and collaborate with platform ownership in advance of deployment to plan post implementation modifications within the CMS, or to supporting assets and materials.
Support in the maintenance of web experience documentation that support the digital operating model for , process definitions, training guides, knowledge sharing, as examples.
Leverage a set of tools and technologies that support the analysis on-site search performance and submit recommendations to regional web strategist for continuous performance and visitor experience improvements.
