The role is essential for enabling Armadillo to deploy customer email campaigns and journeys on behalf of our clients, supporting the team that are using enterprise-level marketing technology platforms across multiple digital channels.
The role will sit within our cross-functional client hub, with a key part to play in our mission to create cutting-edge digital customer experiences and deliver exceptional emails.
The role will focus on carrying out Quality Assurance on a high volume of emails so that tests delivered to the Hub team and ultimately the Client are 100% accurate.
You will benefit from working alongside our Principle Campaign Manager and the Hub Campaign Manager.
You will ensure projects progress on time, in the correct priority and according to an agreed schedule of work you will be the gatekeeper of ensuring all campaigns meet the best quality assurance levels possible and the required campaign specification for set up and creative.
You will work with the Hub team assessing upcoming workload, assist with resolving scheduling conflicts and continually support the team to improve efficiencies and processes from a QA perspective.
