The role

The role is essential for enabling Armadillo to deploy customer email campaigns and journeys on behalf of our clients, supporting the team that are using enterprise-level marketing technology platforms across multiple digital channels.

The role will sit within our cross-functional client hub, with a key part to play in our mission to create cutting-edge digital customer experiences and deliver exceptional emails.

The role will focus on carrying out Quality Assurance on a high volume of emails so that tests delivered to the Hub team and ultimately the Client are 100% accurate.

You will benefit from working alongside our Principle Campaign Manager and the Hub Campaign Manager.

You will ensure projects progress on time, in the correct priority and according to an agreed schedule of work you will be the gatekeeper of ensuring all campaigns meet the best quality assurance levels possible and the required campaign specification for set up and creative.

You will work with the Hub team assessing upcoming workload, assist with resolving scheduling conflicts and continually support the team to improve efficiencies and processes from a QA perspective.

Key responsibilities

Your main responsibilities as a Marketing Campaign Executive will include :

  • Work closely with the Hub team to understand the campaign, objectives, reporting requirements and dynamic content / variable data.
  • Work with the Hub Campaign Manager on creative set ups in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adestra.
  • Quality assurance for all campaign builds prior to deployment.
  • Continually review and update the process to minimise errors and ensure accuracy and efficiencies.
  • Proactively works with the team to monitor workload and priorities.
  • Supports the Campaign Manager in setting time and cost estimations for Client Services.
  • Essential :

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work swiftly where time pressures exist
  • The ability to manage a high volume of work, to understand and spot issues early.
  • A proactive approach come to the table with solutions, a positive mind-set with problem solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills written and verbal so that any feedback is clear and understood.
  • Day to day self-management of commitments and priorities, as well as accurate reporting on project delivery to the Hub team manager.
  • A proactive mind-set, ability to share your ideas and flag your concerns.
  • Nice to have :

  • Good understanding of customer lifecycle and data driven campaigns.
  • Any knowledge or experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Adobe Campaign / Adestra.
  • Good understanding of CRM and Marketing Automation tools.
  • Experience working with Trello and Harvest (our internal project mgt systems but we will provide full training as part of onboarding).
