Exiger Managed Services (ExMS) is an integrated solution committed to managing our clients’ most critical financial crime compliance (FCC) functions.

As part of the ExMS team, you will enable major companies to effectively and sustainably manage their financial crime risk.

The team will leverage Exiger’s innovative tech products to perform investigations and reviews at a dedicated Center of Excellence the epicenter of ExMS.

Exiger is looking for a dynamic Implementation Lead to liaise between clients and ExMS’s leadership and Centers of Excellence to ensure a smooth and successful transition of the client’s compliance process to Exiger’s Center of Excellence.

The Implementation Lead will have exceptional project management skills, client engagement skills, problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet.

They will have proven leadership ability, specifically across geographies and strong operational, organizational and communication skills.

Above all the, Implementation Lead will own the implementation process and achieve implementation objectives while meeting the diverse needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicating with ExMS leadership, sales and the Solutions Architect regarding customer needs
  • Work closely with the Solutions Architect and Client to understand the established processes and requirements of those processes, and to develop the business requirements document
  • Work closely with Solutions Architect to develop a detailed Implementation project plan and present the plan to Client
  • Lead client Implementation team to ensure excellent and timely installation and configuration of client’s process into Exiger’s Center of Excellence
  • Responsible for developing, maintaining, modifying and documenting all aspects of Client Implementation process, and reporting those milestones and metrics to the client on a regular basis
  • Design and develop new dashboards and reports showing the status of all Implementations
  • Project manage Client implementations and ensure the client has clear visibility into the implementation process and its success or obstacles
  • Design and execute API integrations from client workflow and case management systems
  • Collaborate with other workstream leads such as IT, Security and Technology to ensure harmony between the client process being implemented and IT and software systems leveraged within Exiger’s Centers of Excellence
  • Work with Client and Exiger’s testing teams to provide necessary to ensure the implementation has been successfully executed and demonstrated no stalling or slowing of the process during the implementation period
  • Knowledge & Skills

  • Exceptional Client Relationship and Communication skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret client requests into technical specs
  • Ability to negotiate and influence internal and external stakeholders to align differing perspectives
  • Ability to manage a team across geographies
  • Professional Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in large, global, complex software implementations; Financial Services, Compliance, Risk or Regulatory Technology environments preferred
  • Hands-on experience with AI, Machine Learning, or Analytics platforms
  • Experience with Compliance / Financial Crime platforms such as Actimize or Mantas
  • A professional certification (PMP, Six Sigma or CAPM) highly desired
  • Must be willing to travel to customer sites and Exiger Centers of Excellence on ad-hoc basis
