Mentor less experienced creatives to help them fulfill their potential.
Consider brand relevance and guardianship at all times.
Have high creative standards for the work you produce, ensuring it is completed to deadline, demonstrating accuracy,attention to detail and ownership.
Staying on track with emerging digital trends and culture, attending events and engaging with the digital creative community.
Pro-actively furthering your own skills and development through quarterly objectives.

YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
As a Senior Digital Designer you’ll focus on creating cutting-edge designs across our sites. Working with your team to push creative further and develop exceptional design that goes beyond expectation.
Adhere to brand guidelines when applicable and be part of ensuring they are kept relevant and up to date.
Working with Creative Leads, you’re accountable for improving creative across divisional brands.
Ensure all jobs your are involved with are delivered to agreed deadlines.
Awareness of costs and budgets - suggesting changes where costs can be saved.
Create positive internal and external client relationships.
Work closely with the Client Service and Programme teams, building strong relationships.
Always work to a high-quality standard with consistent levels of creative across all media.
Take part in establishing the scope, specifications and requirements for each job when required.
Ensure all relevant creative processes are followed.
Be proactive at all times in presenting a positive attitude to other creative staff and teams.
Aim to have broad commercial awareness of each brand and their customer.
Confidently present design concepts to the client, wider stakeholders and senior management.
Responsible for meeting your own personal objectives agreed with your Manager.
Deal with any creative issues that arise from internal / external clients / stakeholders.
Attend relevant creative or client meetings.
Ensure that you are up to date on creative sector work, news and events.
Be open and trustworthy, share your knowledge with your team and your peers.
