We need a Strategist to solve our client’s problems. You will help them to simplify the complexity around their business, identify critical challenges and opportunities and come up with exceptional cross-channel marketing strategies and creative solutions.

This includes digging beneath, diagnosing, challenging and defining client’s core objectives as well as creating and delivering game-changing solutions.

The Strategy team works across a range of clients and projects, from brand development to campaigns and digital projects.

Omobono are the creative and digital experience agency for business brands. With the user-focus of an experience design company, the tech skills of a software consultancy and the creativity of an advertising agency, we help you create all the interactions that build an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Clarify the Problem : identify, understand and simplify complex problems, get to know a clients business well and make assessments on strengths / weaknesses.
  • Understand customer insights and behaviours.

  • Create Insights : Use a variety of research methods to develop insights. Be able to distinguish the what’ from the so what’ and why’.
  • Set Strategy : Take the lead, create a vision, develop amazing briefs, be a trusted partner for creatives.
  • Develop Ideas : Facilitate brainstorms, support the creative process with stimulus and advice, give sensitive and valuable feedback.
  • Tell Stories and Sell Ideas : Create compelling presentations, unpack and idea and sell it in, tell engaging stories.
  • Campaign Planning : Write imaginative channel plans across paid, earned and owned media that engage hard to reach B2B decision makers.
  • Measuring Effectiveness : Creating measurement frameworks for campaigns, use data to optimise and test campaign performance.
  • Produce effective, award-winning work.

  • Be open to any additional tasks that may be required to help Omobono function at its best.
  • Essential Skills :

  • Able to assess, research and synthesise information, spot useful insights and determine a way forward
