Duties will include
Strategic Delivery :
In conjunction with Stakeholders and other Atalian Servest managers deliver the payroll and rosters for your location taking into consideration short, medium and long term planning and overnight cleaning and any additional work.
You have full accountability for the implementation and delivery of the LNER cleaning specifications and its services in your location.
You have responsibility and accountability for all financial overtime and stock control within your location.
Contract and Service Delivery :
Work collaboratively with Atalian Servest supplier(s) and Contract Staff, be accountable for the confident delivery of excellent high performing services to LNER at your location
Lead in the Supervision of the LNER contract, ensuring services meet the requirements of
Interface with the clients, service providers and stakeholders, to ensure the expectations are being met and any additional services can be supported.
Liaise with LNER and the Regional Manager on forthcoming projects, this will include major engineering and minor weekend works.
You will ensure all rostering and shift changes are completed and communicated to both LNER and Atalian servest.
Lead, own and be responsible for Liaison with supervisors and teams in your location to enable them to supply the required staffing that ensures fulfilment of contract and service requirements.
Have ownership, accountability and liaise with the Senior Health and Safety Manager, QSHE Advisor to ensure all RAs and MS are in place and as well as any other requirements (site access permits etc.
prior to delivery of the works or services in your location.
Have ownership, accountability and liaise with the Training Manager to ensure all training requirements are in place and that staff are suitably trained to undertake their role and fulfil their responsibilities.
Complete appropriate training documentation and records.
Ensure that all supervisors and employees are trained in all aspects of the company's absence management policies and procedures.

Health and Safety :
Responsible and accountable for ensuring that the services in your location are delivered safely and effectively across the LNER contract.
Responsible and accountable for ensuring that Health and Safety and sustainability Legislation and its requirements are adhered to.
To understand and co-operate with the objectives outlined in the Atalian Servest Safety Policy.
Understand and co-operate with the objectives outlined in the LNER Safety Policy.
Ensure that safe system of work, risk assessments and method statements are implemented, reviewed periodically and adhered too.
Ensure that safety-related training requirements in your location are implemented, reviewed periodically and adhered too.
Ensure that accident and near-miss reporting requirements for your location are in place and adhered too.
The successful candidate
A proven track record in cleaning service delivery.
Experience of implementing, reviewing and achieving the standard for safety, quality, time and cost.
Demonstrable experience of managing a team.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to operate and build credibility with employees
Experience of leading and inspiring a team which may be dispersed across a region.
Excellent diplomacy skills combined with the confidence and resilience to handle potential conflict situations.
