Job Description as IT Desktop Support Analyst with Stork :
Execute service requests and resolve incidents for end-users with regard to laptop, desktop, hardware and software, mobile phones, subscriptions and IT supplies, as well as administration of users and assets in line with company policies and service portfolio, in order to realize optimal IT services and support.
