Where in the world of Kaluza will I be working?
We’re looking for a mid-weight Product Designer / UX Designer to join our highly collaborative Kaluza Platform Design Team.
We help teams see through the eyes of real people understanding their context, motivations, and needs.
You’ll join a team responsible for providing the best possible experience for energy customer service agents. You’ll work closely with product managers and engineers to improve how we can build Kaluza’s agent tooling.
You’ll report into a Senior Designer in the Agent Platform squad.
Other practices will support you, including Content Design, Design Operations, Design System, Research, Service Design and Product Design (formerly UX Design).
