Reporting to the Manager, End User Sales, you will support distributors and the sales team.

  • Achieve defined revenue, margin & software targets
  • Management of leads through qualification and conversion of leads to opportunity status
  • Reports on lead conversion
  • Secure appointments for field sales from key targets

  • Follow up on campaigns and assist field sales with leads from target accounts
  • Manage sales data and CRM systems to establish accurate contact information for key markets such as Multi Academy Trusts, Independent Schools and the Higher and Further Education Sector.
  • Provide campaign support for Channel partner running regional
  • Utilise market research, social and web tools to connect with key prospects and build an accurate database of contacts
  • Work with Software BDM to ensure objectives are met on monthly & quarterly basis.
  • Work with field sales to ensure sales forecasts are updated & accurate.
  • Demonstrate SMART products
  • Field Sales Enquiries from End Users
  • Performing other duties as required
  • University degree (or equivalent preferred); Sales qualification / experience desirable.
  • Warm / Friendly / Sunny personality good on the phone with the customer
  • Customer focused no issue too difficult to overcome mentality
  • Highly proactive & self-motivated
  • Self-starter, can work independently
  • Goal orientated
  • Excellent communicator & presenter
  • Good with numbers (tracking trends in sell out; completing RFP’s; forecasting)
  • Previous sales experience (at least 2, likely 5 years) as Inside Sales Role Ideal but not necessary
  • Experience of CRM systems, Office 365 and Social Media platforms
  • Constant contact with UK End Customers & Channel Partners
  • Ability to develop campaigns in their territory and identify key opportunity
  • Daily use of the following tools
  • SKYPE / Lync & Video conferencing
  • Microsoft Office Applications
  • Telephone
  • Close alignment with End User sales team and Channel Account Managers
  • Account Managers in the region, and the Regional Lead
  • Highly organised, good energy management
  • This position does not have any direct reports
  • Office-based role minmum 3 days a week, 2 days remote from home office if preferred
  • Location currently Weybridge, may change location to London or London West / SW mid 2019.
