We’re a travel site making it a doddle to book camping and caravan sites all over the world. recently hit the milestone of 1m bookings since launch, after becoming the UK's biggest site for outdoor accommodation last summer.

We have vacancies for an exceptional market managers to join our friendly team. As a crossover member of our sales and account management teams, you'd develop your own accounts and work with campsite owners to set up their bookable listings, maintain their pricing and availability, and deal with any day-to-day queries.

The role will include carrying out the below tasks :

  • Cold calling potential partners in your region to develop new accounts
  • Be a point of contact for existing Pitchup partners
  • Optimise performance of existing accounts through additional allocation or new pitch types
  • Ensure your listings meet quality assurance standards
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and to support relationships with key supplier decision makers
  • Prioritise tasks in line with company priorities, addressing the most critical and pressing demands first while meeting deadlines and targets
  • Help campsites load pricing and allocation
  • Maintain campsite account records
  • Liaise with customer service on supplier-related issues

    We're looking for an organised, flexible individual, able to sign up and support campsite owners. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria :

  • Fluent in German
  • Outstanding level of English
  • Meticulous, organised and methodical
  • Internet savvy
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently
  • A desire to take a big part in the establishment of as a modern, creative brand
  • General administrative skills, as well as experience within a customer-facing sector
  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner
  • Switched on
  • £30,000 salary
  • Monthly incentives for great performance (up to £7,000 p.a.)
  • 25 days holiday each year, with 10 allotted working from home days
