As a member of the Adobe Document Cloud Inbound Marketing Team you will be responsible for the proper qualification and routing of all inbound leads and inquiries for Adobe’s Enterprise Document Cloud solution.

The Position :
Objective This role is focused on qualifying inbound leads and properly converting them into Marketing Qualified Leads.
First Priority Meet a goal of targeted MQL’s for Adobe Sign.
Second Priority Proactively and promptly process all inbound leads with the appropriate disposition.
Qualification Criteria Qualify prospects based on established product criteria of Fit, Budget, Authority, Need and Time, and gather critical sales intelligence.
Metrics for Success Must be able to make 60-80 calls per day, with additional touch points by email, and deliver consistently against quota.
Position Adobe Sign Effectively articulate the Adobe Sign value proposition by phone and email.
Track Activities Continuously log activities and intelligence into Salesforce.com.
Contribute to Process Improvement Proactively provide focused feedback on every aspect of the business, including sales tools, prospect intelligence, and results from marketing campaigns.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to continuously improve demand generation processes and best practices.
Responsible for the day to day execution of all Inbound Demand Programs.
Serve as the Primary Lead for the UK Lead Qualification Team and be the Regional EMEA lead for Adobe Sign.
Day to day coaching and management of the local UK team.
Manage the implementation and execution of all customer marketing, mid funnel, and inbound telemarketing initiatives.
Support Adobe’s presence at events by working in the booth including, industry partner events, and trade shows.
Work alongside the Adobe Sign Customer Growth PMM’s to develop the overall on-boarding, educational development, and gamification programs of the Lead Qualification team to drive performance towards the team’s monthly goal and KPI’s
Analyze and report on a weekly and monthly basis on all customer marketing, mid-funnel demand generation program and marketing activities, such as outbound tele prospecting, inbound call metrics performance, and key marketing initiatives
2+ years of experience in an Inside Sales or Marketing role.
BA or BS, or equivalent experience.
B2B technology marketing experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-organizationally and with multiple external vendors.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
