A bit about the job :
You’ll be joining our BA Practice community of over 100 Business Analysts. We play a leading role in all types of projects, from innovation in Aviva’s customer experience to automation and operational transformation, from implementing new technology and propositions to simplifying the IT estate.
You’ll be solving complex business problems across the Aviva Life business. You will be happy to be the leader of change and drive the project to deliver the right solution.
It might be as the sole Business Analyst on a project or leading a team that includes other Business Analysts, whatever the role, there’s plenty of variety and great people to learn from.
Skills and experience we’re looking for :
Strong Analysis Mindset Well-honed business analysis skills and ability to create tailored approaches to delivering analysis outcomes
Commercially astute Build coherent business cases and ensure projects are organised to optimise value for money and balance delivery risk
Fantastic communication skills Exercised with a variety of people in business and technical teams, adjusting your content and style to the message and the needs of the audience
Leader of Change Provide direction, plan and shape the analysis work. Open to explore different perspectives, provide constructive challenge and build commitment to agreed outcomes
Always Learning focused on growth and development of yourself and others, with a passion for improving the way change is delivered and building best practice at Aviva
What you’ll get for this role :
National starting salary between £55,000 - £60,000 depending on skills, experience, and qualifications
