Platinum Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a business in Rochdale who require an Administrator to join their successful team.
Due to growth in the business following on from signing four new major contracts for the next five years with the likes of Odean cinema;

They require an Administrator to join a team of ten where you will be supporting senior management and employees with a varied administration role.
With a relaxed environment, you will be working in a friendly team with staff that have a real passion for the business and what they do.
Your role will include :
Liaising with senior management and other members of the team daily
Booking travel arrangements for staff members
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external clients
Liaising with clients daily via email or phone regarding any queries or questions they may have
Liaise with other members of the team to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Setting up meeting rooms for visitors and internal meetings
Skills required :
Microsoft applications experience including Word and Excel
Good organisational skills
Experience within administration & a good telephone manner
