Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Audience Strategy Manager to work with us as we continueto expand our data-driven marketing capabilities.

You will work closely with the Audience Strategy Director to make informed decisions across Zenith Global's large client portfolio, which includes : Essity, Kering, Nomad Foods, and Reckitt Benckiser.

You will work with a consultative, thought-led approach, and will have a passion for understanding how we can leverage data across all biddable media environments.


You will primarily focus on defining audience strategies as well as providing operational guidance and in-platform support to both client media and agency activtion teams.

Success will be determined in these core areas :

Audience Operations & In-Platform Support

  • Provide support for in-platform audience segment creation and activation for use on display and video campaigns.
  • Forecasting and sizing of 1PD opportunities against media partners
  • Support with media activation for display and video activity through defining audience activation budgets, testing match rates and developing creative strategy for audience segments being activated.
  • Support with 2nd and 3rd party partner / audience recommendations
  • Audience Strategy

  • Support on data-driven marketing strategy and operational support, i.e. use case planning, user guide / playbook, audience builds, optimisation, etc.
  • Deliver audits and reports to support media use cases
  • Future-proofing Audience Strategy
  • Develop impact assessments and identify areas of cookie dependency
  • Support definining roadmaps, strategies and pilots to prepare for a cookie depreciation
  • Support internal and external stakeholders of the implications and opportunities associated with cookie depreciation through education
  • Creating measurement and testing frameworks to support media use cases
  • Qualifications

    To ensure this is a suitable match for your career search and skillset, we are looking for the following from all applicants :

  • You will possess a combination of strong analytic, problem solving and client facing skills, mrried to deep technical knwoledge of advertising technology platforms.
  • You will have hands on experience with platforms (e.g. DSPs, DMPs) not just theoretical experience.
  • You will have prior experience delivering complex technical content to large groups, in a coherent, accessible and inspiring way.
  • You will have the ability to grow client relationships through new strategies and innovatives ideas.
