What will your duties and responsibilities be?
Coach, support and train managers in NHS Professionals recruitment processes; including interviewing, assessment centres and on-boarding techniques
To provide advice and support to line managers on recruitment policies and procedures, best practice recruitment and terms and conditions of employment.
Produce recruitment project plans on new roles ensuring achievable targets are agreed and met.
Produce employment contracts ensuring adherence to NHS Professionals terms and conditions of employment.
To liaise with applicants, managers and other (e.g. Occupational Health, DBS, referees etc) to undertake pre-employment checks required by NHS Professionals and escalate issues / concerns in a timely manner.
Provide advice on advertising location to ensure increased attraction rates and use databases to actively search for candidates e.g. Linked In.
Provide advice and support on recruitment campaigns as required.
Update the Applicant Tracking System ensuring seamless process for candidates.
Work to targets and deadlines throughout the recruitment process.
Advise managers on recruitment processes, ensuring the authorisation process is adhered to.
Manage and run the Corporate Induction process for new starters and make recommendations for improvements.
