We're seeking to recruit a motivated, professional anddedicated Claims Handler to join us. You will be responsible fordelivering a high quality, professional advice service to yourclients concerning any claims issues.

Yourprimary task is to liaise with insurers and other interestedparties to expedite the claim and you take a real sense of pride ineffectively over delivering against your clients' expectations.

You are an expert claims handler and willhandle claims from beginning through to conclusion.

Your Role :

  • Advise andupdate your clients about relevant events and discussions duringtheir claim. Ensure complete customer happiness by regularlyassessing the status of claims with clients, insurers, recoveryagents and solicitors.
  • Can you offerappropriate technical advice to clients throughout the duration ofthe claim? Are you renowned for encouraging, showing compassion andeffectively handling your client's expectations?
  • You will have open conversations with your Line Managerabout any issues, queries or areas of concern which may arise.
  • Build and maintain your market, insurance,legislation and other technical knowledge. Efficiently runningclaims and keeping the system updated with all relevantinformation.
  • Balance your workload in orderto service the client promptly and expertly. With superbadministrative skills, task focused with a desire to develop andcultivate your career with us.
  • Updateinsurers and recovery agents, informing them of any additionalinformation acquired during the claims process. Ensure that claimsstatistics are accurate and produced in accordance to SLAs.
  • Your Skills, Qualifications andExperience :

  • Are you CertCII / Dip CII qualified? That would make a real difference to yourcontribution along with being educated to GCSE standard orequivalent.
  • You have experience within theinsurance industry and expert claims handling focus. We need yourstrong customer service drive along with your good planning andanalytical skills.
  • We want you to spotpotential risks and seek advice when required. Applying duediligence and process adherence accompanied by high accuracy andattention to detail.
  • You have goodcommunication and interpersonal skills and will take initiativewhen assisting team members.
  • Proficient inMS Office
  • Eligible to work in the UK
