Role Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for an eLearning Consultant to join our growing Training Centre of Excellence team. The successful candidate will design professional, engaging and interactive eLearning across a range of product areas across the Advanced Group.

The Training Centre of Excellence team provide optimal value to the business by ensuring accuracy and diligence in all tasks undertaken.

You will be successful in this role if you are a professional who takes pride in the successful completion of their work ensuring the customers’ needs are at the forefront at all times.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Create eLearning modules using the trainer toolkits and standard delivery templates, utilising Adobe Creative Cloud and Articulate Rise 360
  • Demonstrate an appreciation of varying design methods to ensure every module is interactive and engaging
  • Ensuring all eLearning modules are accessible to all end users, by recording audio and creating captions where necessary
  • Adherence to eLearning best practice. Maintaining own tasks associated to Roadmap and Status Planner
  • Maintenance and amendment to existing eLearning catalogue.
  • What You Will Be Good At

  • Good communication skills with a professional verbal and written ability.
  • A good knowledge of the Microsoft Windows environment and Office applications. Desirable Creative Cloud knowledge
  • A flexible and professional work ethic.
  • Good organisational and prioritising skills.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and products.
