The successful candidate will be responsible for :
Supporting incoming customer and staff enquiries over phone and in-person
Taking a proactive approach held within the department of pre-empting customer feed orders, by contacting customers within your territory
Processing of feed and fertiliser orders in a timely, accurate manner
Communicating with the Distribution Department to assist with prioritising and routing of loads
Liaising with key personnel regarding feed orders and pricing queries
Providing ongoing general support to the Customer Services and Weighbridge Operating team as required
The Person :
The successful candidate will promote excellence in the principles and practices of customer service, to continually improve the operating standards within the team by using their strong communications skills, knowledge of IT systems and administration processes.
They will demonstrate a flexible approach to work with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and support our business and furthering your knowledge.
Proven administration experience is advantageous, however full training will be offered to the suitable candidate.
