Integrated Programme Manager

The Role

This is a key programme leading role for an experienced and proactive individual who will be responsible for overseeing production and implementation work for our global clients across all media print, digital and moving image.

Integrated Programme Manager will partner with Client Services, Technology and Commercial teams to deliver and lead by example.

They will be creative in their solutions and ensure rigour in project scoping, resourcing, and pricing. Integrated Programme Manager has day-to-day liaison with our clients, clients’ agencies, and cross functional stakeholders to ensure that work is delivered to a high standard, work is planned in, and resource requirements are dealt with in a timely fashion.

They understand Hogarth’s capabilities, offerings and tools and activate them on client business challenges as needed.

  • Overseeing campaign production end to end
  • Leading implementation of new client workstreams
  • Review and improvement of ways of working / client workflows to find efficiencies
  • Ensure effective knowledge sharing
  • Coordinate adhoc reporting and analysis as required
  • Support client services and commercials colleagues with Pricing and Commercials
  • Risk

  • Directly intervene and manage the remedial plan whenever business critical risks are identified
  • and raises to GCMD where appropriate

    Responsibilities

    Key responsibilities of this role include :

  • Leverages our on-site, onshore, offshore network to deliver engaging work in the most efficient and effective way
  • Motivate and drive the team towards full accountability, action and results
  • Effectively and impartially navigate teams with conflicting priorities. Ensuring requirements are comprehensively gathered, gaps are resolved, and estimates are provided by the team with effective caveats and assumptions around timelines.
  • Manage and optimise internal workflow to ensure / increase productivity
  • Initiating projects including scope, budget, and schedule
  • Work on deployment and optimisation of key production tools (focus on optimisation and automation)
  • Support and mentor team members
  • Requirements :

  • Experience within a global production environment and / or creative agency environment and used to engaging with client across all media : digital, moving image and print
  • A commitment to ensuring flawless execution and delivery across multiple projects
  • Inspiring leadership, ability to manage matrix reporting, rally teams and experience in driving change and governance through cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience of successfully working within a virtual team environment
  • The ability to manage globally distributed project teams
  • The ability to link people (including team members and stakeholders), ideas, and information throughout a project life cycle
  • The ability to identify, analyse, and properly respond to project risks
  • The ability to manage client needs through the entire project lifecycle
  • The ability to juggle a varied workload and to prioritise time effectively
  • Experience with automation, DCP and DCO workflows highly welcome
  • Previous Project Management Experience
