We are actively seeking experienced and qualified Senior Instructors to come work in one of our stunning beach resorts.
As a member of our dynamic waterfront team you’ll teach a wide range of child and adult courses. We offer informal group sessions, RYA syllabus courses including advanced modules and private one-to-one tuition.
You’ll ensure all instructors adhere to Mark Warner and RYA standards and that our guests have a safe and fun experience whilst participating in our watersports.
It’s not all work and no play though! Opportunities to get out on the water will be plentiful; you could learn a new sport or explore exciting new places with like-minded friends.

Support and assist the waterfront management team
Oversee staff instruction
Liaise between waterfront management and waterfront team
Assist with staff rotas
Organise day-to-day staff requirements
Deliver an advanced instruction programme to guests and staff
Produce a course plan accommodating all guest abilities
Oversee Race day and prize-giving
Continuously improve health and safety on the waterfront
Implement Mark Warner standards and ensure these are adhered to at all times
Establish and implement water safety precautions
Partake in additional waterfront responsibilities including safety cover, customer service, shore-break duties and pontoon management
Assist with maintenance, security and upkeep of the waterfront and its equipment
Help train, develop, motivate and appraise staff on their course delivery
Participate in evening entertainments, guest dinners and social activities

RYA Senior Dinghy and / or Windsurfing Instructor
RYA Safety Boat or RYA Powerboat Instructor
RYA Intermediate Windsurf Instructor, Advanced Dinghy or Multihull Instructor and practical experience of Kayaking and Stand Up Paddleboarding desired but not essential
International Certificate of Competence (ICC) desired
First Aid Certificate
UK / EU Passport holder
UK National Insurance Number
