About the Role :
They are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join their team in the Greater London Regional office.
Maintaining and repairing electrical and mechanical assets, as well as carrying out minor building fabric works within their clients’ premises across London and the Home Counties.
A proactive, responsible and H&S minded individual who is technically qualified to the below certificated standard in line with current industry legislation in their chosen field.
A tenacious individual who enjoys the challenges of both planned and reactive maintenance on a mobile or resident basis.
Someone who prides themselves in the quality of the written documentation they provide to support completed works, including quotes, site attendance records, surveys, audits and certification.
Someone who enjoys client interaction and can work well alone or as part of a team. Someone who enjoys varied work and travel and is willing to be flexible and supportive in achieving excellent customer service to our varied client base.
About the Candidate :
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications Knowledge and Experience
Previous experience of working in Facilities Management
Electrical, Mechanical, plumbing and fabric skills.
Good working knowledge of IT systems.

City & Guilds 2391 Electrical Inspection and Testing or City & Guilds 2394 Initial and Fundamental Inspection and Testing / City & Guilds 2395 Periodic Inspection & Testing.
City & Guilds 2382-18 Requirements for Electrical Installations( to 18th edition electrical wiring regulations)
Desirable -Legionella Awareness & Practical Legionelle Training,Asbestos Awareness, PASMA Mobile Access Towers for Users.
IPAF 9dual Mobile Vertical (3a +3b) Mobile Boom - Operator.

Basic Salary up to £36,000pa with annual review.
