You'll be driving team initiatives on the ground, so you'll need to be good at making complex and conceptual ideas tangible for the Chapter you work with.
These ideas will be created in concert with the Agile Coaches and the other Scrum Master Chapters to grow best practices at scale.
You’ll be a key leader in the agile community of practice here in Consumer Digital whilst growing the Scrum Master talent and caring for development and wellbeing of your Chapter.
You'll be supporting the delivery of tribe outcomes and leadership objectives using tools and techniques such as OKRs, prioritisation, our Continuous Improvement coaching for the Tribe Leadership.
You'll have the following responsibilities
The Scrum Master Chapter Lead (SMCL) is responsible for cultivating an environment of autonomy to allow Scrum Masters in their chapter to become self-directing and their teams to become self-managing.
The SMCL helps to build and maintain a trusting and vibrant environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, or judgement.
They understand the knowledge and maturity of the Scrum Masters in their chapter and coach them to higher levels.
