Our client is a prestige main dealership, looking to recruit an experienced Diagnostic Technician to join their busy aftersales team.
To be considered for this position you MUST be a manufacturer trained diagnostic or master technician.
Diagnostic Technician Role :
To manage a team of technicians, providing technical support, liaising with customers where required and ensuring that the company’s ramp utilisation target is achieved.
Responsible for work completion deadlines, hours target, productivity, quality, customer care demands and housekeeping.
To regularly meet with team members, providing individual performance and business updates and communicating important messages, where required.
To ensure that all group policies and procedures applicable to their area of responsibility are adhered to at all times.
As a Diagnostic Technician you :
Will have excellent communication skills, Being friendly but professional in your approach.
Will need to be trained to City and Guilds Motor Repair / BTEC / NVQ or equivalent qualification
Will need to have experience either at main Dealer or Independent level of one of the leading German brands
To be confident using computers
Full, UK Driving Licence
Master / Diagnostic Technician Package :
OTE circa £38,000-£43,000
