PepsiCo is currently looking for Crewing Coordinator to join us in our Coventry factory, UK.

Position Purpose And Primary Accountabilities

As Crewing Coordinator you will be responsible for financial rigor and reporting alongside variance management, as well for all shift crewing including agency.

You will ensure assigned shift has the right people in the right place with the right skills at the right time. A key element of this role is ensuring crewing is managed in the most cost-effective way. You will :

  • Be accountable for ensuring that robust plans are in place to carry out all the required tasks on shift.ie planned maintenance, changeovers, etc
  • Carry out investigations on shift when appropriate
  • Conduct low-level disciplinary meetings when applicable
  • Be responsible for a robust and accurate TNA for all on shift
  • Be working with OC Team to ensure training plans reflect requirements
  • Gather relevant paperwork and data for the SOM (Shift Operations Manager) to carry out any relevant people processes
  • Be responsible for RTW (right to work) management as appropriate
  • Be responsible for resolving and removing TMS anomalies
  • Be required to provide absence cover for peer group L5 as appropriate
  • Escalate any agenda concerns to SOM
  • Be responsible for financial reconciliation for labor in financial reporting
  • On-site coordination of the 3rd party agency providers
  • Focus on safety on shift
  • Qualifications / Requirements

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Great people & communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills MS Office high level of proficiency
  • Understanding of financial systems and processes
  • Strong Team worker and contributor
  • Flexible, can do,’ attitude to role and duties
  • Results-driven and understands the link between action and results
  • Flexible to work on shifts
