Want to join a diverse world leading Project’s team? We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager reporting to the Program Manager Europe, CIS, Africa. Main tasks

  • Responsible for initiating, planning, monitoring and controlling, and closing of projects.
  • Perform internal Kick off meeting with Project Team and Operations.
  • Obtain Contract Required Financial Documents
  • Ensure proper implementation of Engineering Plan and Document Register
  • Ensure finalization of Project Schedule, Quality Plan and Project Execution Plan
  • Attend Interface & Design Review Meetings as required. Work closely with Project Engineer.
  • Documentation : Ensure that all required project documentation, is closed out as per requirements agreed with the client
  • Scope & Contract - Closely look after any contract changes
  • Monitor and mitigate risks via risk owners
  • Act as TechnipFMC’s main point of contact for the customer on all project matters, managing the customer relationship and communication throughout the project life cycle.
  • Responsible for supporting Quotations / Tender Proposals.
  • We are looking for positive, proactive people with a strong business acumen and a passion for projects. We need an individual who can manage the technical and contractual interfaces as the single contact point for our customers.

    Our requirements are that you have :

  • A degree in a related field such as Mechanical / Construction Engineering, Project Management (such a PMI) or in Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Advanced understanding and experience from a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in managing projects, ideally working in the oil industry
  • Demonstrates strong understanding of the design, function, and application of products.
  • The ability to travel when required.
