A well-funded, rapidly expanding student accommodation provider is seeking an experienced Estates / Project Manager to join their growing team to look after their portfolio which currently stands in excess of 3500 beds.
Duties will include; managing and implementing the planned preventative maintenance program, managing the procurement of property maintenance suppliers, managing a program of lifecycle replacement across the portfolio, managing capital works programs, driving cost efficiencies throughout the portfolio, etc.
You will be regularly liaising with the acquisitions, mobilisation, and health & safety teams, as well as the on-site managers.
A high level of attention to detail is essential, as is a problem solving mentality, and a desire to complete tasks swiftly and efficiently.
Previous student accommodation is strongly preferred, however candidates with similar multi-site experience will also be considered.
