ABOUT THE JOB The e-Commerce Intern will work on various digital activities related to the Fragrance and Beauty eCommerce division within CHANEL UK.

You will work with several local department including Marketing, CRM, Operations, Logistics and Customer Care as well as other areas of expertise within the Digital team.

The role will be a key contact for Global teams based in Paris and local teams in e-Commerce markets within the UK Region, meaning strong communication and organisation skills are essential.

WHAT YOU'LL DO E-Commerce Operations Management : Responsible for the activation and presentation of product on using a Product Management System to manage the product catalogue Oversee the Out of Stock management, co-ordinating with Supply Chain to maintain optimum stock levels online Take ownership of the Go live check list for new product launches to ensure copy, translations, pricing and digital content is delivered on time Co-ordinate the Digital Orchestration for all new campaigns, liaising with the Global team on go live dates for all Chanel.

com campaigns Communicate the master content calendar for landing page content and campaign rotation Test all new campaigns links, content and new features in UAT environments Perform regular checks across Chanel.

com UK and all Region countries Brief the UK design team on local initiatives and requirements for local projects Analysis & Reporting Support on weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for e-Commerce trade, writing regular commentary and insights, with actions to continue to optimise the e-Commerce business Use Data Insight tools to monitor new features, campaigns and customer journeys online, reporting regularly on findings Use Google Analytics to report on Traffic and Acquisition, monitoring trends to share with the team Provide regular feedback and insights on Digital campaigns across Chanel.

com for the UK and Region countries, using multiple sources of data to provide constructive campaign analysis Support on Ad-hoc reporting Client Experience, CRM & Marketing Support Work in close partnership with the CRM team on all Digital campaigns, key product launches, themes and local initiatives throughout the year Co-ordinate with local Marketing and Global teams to plan product launches and campaigns, communicating the Digital launch plan and content strategy Support the development and execution of online marketing activities to drive the e-Commerce business YOU ARE ENERGISED BY Working in a highly collaborative and Global environment Being a part of an extremely passionate team with a common goal WHO YOU ARE Strong interest in Digital Passion for the Beauty and Luxury industry and a highly commercial approach to drive revenue Strong analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised and detail-oriented Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel Ability to work proactively in a fast paced and dynamic environment
