Ashfield is currently recruiting for a number of exciting opportunities for experienced Key Account Managers working on behalf of our client, a specialist within Urology and Oncology.

Successful candidates will be employed directly onto the Headcount of our Client.
Ensure seamless patient access at account level to all Haematology products through flawless account management and execution of plans by self and extended team as relevant to each account
To drive development of Haematology business within the accounts to optimise sales, market share and profitability targets across the territory
To be, and be seen to be an expert partner to customers, with excellent product and broad therapeutic area knowledge, as well as understand intimately any relevant payer and local / regional knowledge as relevant to various accounts
Develop and implement effective account plans to ensure delivery of the above targets
Work with internal peers and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of account plans, overcome any obstacles, and ultimately exceed targets
Embed Compliance Culture across all areas of the business ensuring Integrity in Action is actively applied in all initiatives.
Ensure adherence to company policies relating to Ethics and Compliance standards.
Attend internal and external business meetings, seminars, sales conferences and other events which may involve overnight stays and regular travel.
Responsible for the development of the Haematology business within the accounts, driving and optimising sales, market share and other relevant local targets
Have a deep understanding of the patient journey. Build awareness and sensitivity of the patient condition and issues in order to demonstrate integrate a focus on patient care and outcomes
Provide in-label education to stakeholders (including technical aspects of therapeutic area, products and diagnostics)
Build and maintain trusting relationships with HCPs, prioritising those that are most critical to the company;continually improving levels of customer service and outcomes, whilst optimising awareness and reputation of the company and brands within.
Plan, implement and optimize outcomes based on a deep understand of account infrastructure, relationships of all relevant stakeholders in accounts, their importance and influence networks
Gather and analyse relevant customer, account and territory information to help formulate tailored, high quality plans to prioritise resources, and deliver the best results
Develop specific, tailored and cross-functional plans for accounts and customers so that actions are planned and risks managed
Identify and drive / support local market access activities where relevant to ensure full access and availability to the Brands according to appropriate timelines and aligned to the agreed pricing and reimbursement strategy.
Ensure clear understanding of market access activities that will be driven by self or dedicated MA resource, and ensure full accountability appropriately.
Ensure the brands are positioned within treatment guidelines and protocols to reflect the product license and benefits.
Identify and drive required changes to diagnostics guidelines and protocols to ensure diagnostic services are an enabler to product success.
Previous experience of the Haematology therapy area
Key Account Management experience
Has worked within both Primary and Secondary care
Previous experience of securing formularies
Sound Pharma and NHS Knowledge essential.
Experience at Management Level (Pharma or NHS) or previous pharmaceutical Account Manager Experience desirable.
Practical experience of working in partnership with the NHS with tangible business outcome desirable
Sales experience in Pharma
Previous expertise for end-to-end process including working with Procurement and Finance functions and third parties.
