We also run and manage our ITinfrastructure, data centres and core banking systems that power the world’sleading international bank.
Ourmulti-disciplined teams include : DevOps engineers, IT architects, front andback end developers, infrastructure specialists, cyber experts, aswell as project and programme managers.
We work insmall, agile DevOps teams with colleagues around the world from our offices atthe Bluefin Building in Southwark, our global headquarters in Canary Wharf, andmultiple other locations around the UK including Sheffield, Leeds, Barnsley andBirmingham.
Followingextensive investment across our Technology and Digital domains and with plansfor continued expansion throughout 2019 and beyond, we are currently seeking anumber of experiencedDynamics CRM Business Analysts tojoin HSBC Technology.
Ensuringsuccessful system / solutions deliveries according to agreed timescales andbudget
Liaising withbusiness stakeholders, transformation, IT teams, requirements, development andsupport teams
Attending andLeading Requirement Workshops
Leading andDemoing Show and Tell Sessions
Providingdiffering levels of Support, and help resolve User and Application issues
Configuring / Developinguser stories, and executing unit test
Ensuring that thedetailed User Stories and Acceptance criteria are defined and agreed atappropriate level of detail
Understand,follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and externalrules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business inwhich you are involved, specifically Internal Controls and any Compliancepolicy
To be successfulin this role you should have proven experience within the Technology sectorwith knowledge of the following skills :
Experience in CRMproject delivery, CRM Online (Dynamics 365) is preferred
Demonstrableknowledge of CRM methodology, and its application within banking industry (e.g.modelling and mapping Business Process, User Journeys, etc.)
Financialservices experience supporting business stakeholders in large complex changeprogrammes
Extensiveexperience of working on Agile Projects (Scrum, Sprint, etc.)
Experience ofwriting User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
Exposure to allstages of the application development process, from specification & design,development & testing, through to user training and implementation
Experience workingin relevant environments, i.e. extensive experience working in projects in aglobal environment preferably in shared services
Past workingexperience in a relevant role and experience within complex IT programmes
Multiple strongexamples of the delivery of on time and on budget
Stakeholdermanagement experience, especially impactful communication, influencing andproject implementation.
Experience oftechnology solutions delivery
A track record ofdelivering significant change which improves business effectiveness insustainable ways
Contributedproductively to team objectives, sometimes supporting and sometimes leadingactivities to achieve shared goals
A successfultrack record of delivery of significant and complex business programmes, overcomingchallenges to consistently meet / exceed objectives
Relevant productand technical knowledge :
MicrosoftDynamics CRM 2016 / 365 Application (Sales, Service, Marketing)
MicrosoftDynamics CRM Configuration
EntitiesFormsFieldsBusiness RulesWorkflowsDashboardsBusiness ProcessesIn-Built Report EditorData Import Wizardetc.
Automated Testing(Tosca is preferred)
Azure DevOps,JIRA, or something similar
Knowledge ofAzure services nice to have
Dynamics CRMCoding (e.g. Plug-Ins, Web Services, WCF, etc.) nice to have.
