We currently employ over 80 people, and our team has been doubling year over year. About the role Critizr, already positioned as the European leader of customer feedback, wants to continue leading the way and expand in new countries.
Our management team is focused on growth and for this Critizr must find a head of business operations to turbo-charge the management team.
The head of business operations will be reporting and working directly with Nicolas Hammer, CEO & Co-Founder, work closely with all members of the management team and eventually build a team.
What will your main responsibilities be?
Ensure the high efficiency of the leadership team
Manage the cadence and organization of key management meetings including weekly management meetings, monthly business reviews and quarterly strategic off-sites.
Ensure the leadership team is well prepared for key meetings, decision support materials are shared and ready and agreed upon decisions are documented, followed-up on and implemented.
Own, launch and participate in various projects to improve the efficiency of the organization
As a cross-functional leader, the Head of Business Operations will be the best positioned to drive some key organizational initiatives (e.
g., data enablement, strategic partnerships, international expansion, GTM, collaboration between departments).
Support strategic, business, financial and budget reporting for the leadership team and investors
Manage the monthly strategic business review reporting which is driving the company
Coordination of Business reporting for the CEO office needs : in coordination with the functional teams, the head of business operations ensures easy and timely access for the CEO to the key reports, also alerting on risks and opportunities and coordinating deep dives with the relevant stakeholders when necessary.
As a venture-backed start-up, we need to conduct board meetings with our venture capital inventors on a quarterly basis.
The head of business operations will develop the material needed for these board meetings.
We are looking for a self-starter, autonomous, structured, good communicator with good business acumen.
What skills are we looking for?
Bachelors / Masters degree in business, engineering or equivalent
Experience 3+ years experience in a top management consulting firm
Experience and good understanding of a SaaS / Tech environment
English & French bilingual
Data-Driven, autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment)
Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
People know you for your analytical and synthetic mind
