You will be key in unleashing and maximising the potential opportunity that lies in the experience our advisors create for customers.
Your role will be to work closely with advisors, stores, areas and regional leaders to maximise the commercial opportunity for our stores.
You will provide expert beauty leadership for both brands.
What you’ll be doing day to day.
The role of Regional Business Manager works across the region to support advisors and partner retail leaders to maximise commercial opportunity.
You will lead and support advisors in stores to create fantastic experiences every day for every customer. Responsible for delivering targets across your region, you will work closely with store and area teams helping them interpret targets and achieve them.
You will build great relationships with store, area and regional leaders and support them in agreeing their plans and commitments to achieve their ambition.
How will you do it?
You will spend the majority of your time in stores on counter with the advisors supporting and challenging them in achieving sales and other targets set by the company.
You will coach and work alongside your advisors to support them to be exemplar with customer experience giving them feedback and guidance.
You are accountable for recruitment into both brands and will need to inspire and motivate your team to deliver great care and sales.
You will need to be confident to build brilliant relationships with people at all levels to influence, realise and maintain brand standards.
