Effectively use / recommend segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize messaging for the right channel, target and business goal (acquisition, cross-
sell, revenue, retention)
Create and build compelling go-to-market programmes ensuring product market fit and long-term lifecycle management to drive product uptake and adoption.
Work cross-functionally to drive an integrated GTM plan that includes messaging, positioning, channels and creative for different segments;
execute on the GTM strategy with end-to-end thinking across the ecosystem
Own the end to end view of customer communications across marketing and product channels to ensure consistency of message.
Drive results by leveraging influencing abilities across teams for which you do not have direct management responsibility
Develop and own results for the 1-year GTM strategy; influence the 3-year strategy
Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing
5-7 years of marketing experience, including expertise in the Product Marketing function supporting marketing strategy development and cross-functional execution
Solid understanding of the payment industry and its current evolution across the UK.
Understanding of the PSP business model and demonstrated performance in a regulated payments or electronic money institution preferred.
Experience leading, coaching and developing individual contributors
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of focusing on high-impact activities, cross-channel integration, and driving initiatives through to execution
Strong facilitation and influencing skills necessary to drive and lead cross-functional initiatives, and to be effective in a highly matrixed and fast-moving environment
Demonstrated success in solving complex problems, driving change, and accelerating the growth trajectory of offerings / channels
Comfortable with marketing math; forecasting, CAC, LTV, etc
Deep analytical skills that enable analysis of nascent industry movements
