About the role
In this exciting sales role you will be dealing with employees of our large corporate customers (B2B2E) as part of our busy corporate account team.
In essence, your remit will be to grow your own personal contract hire portfolio, supporting your customers in their decision making process during the buying cycle by providing relevant product knowledge and appropriate advice that will continue for the length of the vehicle’s life-cycle.
You will start the process by discussing the employee’s new vehicle needs, quickly understand what their priorities are and help them purchase the optimum solution to fit their circumstances.
These could be price, service or availability related, or a mixture of all three. It’s about tailoring a solution for the individual.
You will be wholly responsible for quoting and following up these orders in your pipeline, as well as looking after these customers once on-boarded.
You will have set targets (individual) and will be rewarded through a monthly bonus scheme in addition to an annual accelerator.
Ultimately, people buy from people and you will guarantee a positive customer experience by building rapport and acting on your promises, whilst ensuing the reputation of Arval is protected through adherence to regulatory best practice.
Relationships are what makes you tick and you will stop at nothing to ensure your customers are happy and your targets are achieved.
We are looking for a highly articulate individual who is able to build relationships quickly and then having ascertained customer requirements is able to come up with an attractive solution that fit’s the customer requirements and then close the sale.
Your telephone manner will be exceptional along with your ability to work in a fast paced environment and ensure satisfied customers and our targets are achieved.
You will also be able to work well in a team and clearly understand the importance of this for overall success. Previous experience in Financial Services Sales or Vehicle Sales would be advantageous but mostly it’s about drive and communication skills.
