Commerciality and the ability to drive results are key, as is effective communication. Prior experience of supervising a team is required.
What you will be doing
A Supervisor at Debenhams will work alongside their Sales Manager to deliver the best customer experience in their department.
Supporting with the running of a team of Sales Colleagues, the role will involve organising and delegating workload, identifying priorities, and coaching others to deliver outstanding service and sales.
All whilst acting as a customer ambassador, driving loyalty and performance.
When you’ll be doing it
Our stores are open 363 days a year, and we want our customers to enjoy a seamless experience whenever they choose to visit.
We operate a seven day shift pattern, and this role will require you to have the flexibility to work 5 variable days per week.
